The cups are fine, but the shipping sucked! The packaging was all messed up and I am planning on giving these as gifts! But I cannot use the boxes because they are so messed up! Not happy at all about the way they were shipped! Totally mashed and bent to hell! So tacky!!

I purchase the LV Stanley tumbler. However, it didn’t match the color of the straw. They sent me a clear colored straw when the picture in the website shows its supposed to be smoked brown color. I reached out to them. They were giving promises that they will send the right color of the straw as soon as they have stock. Its been one month now since the purchase and they stop responding to my email after writing them several times. Its a headache. Poor customer service. Does not send you the item as what it is in the picture. Beware of this store. Dont purchase. Save yourself some peace of mind.

Put your patience hat on because shipping takes about 4 weeks. Communication was excellent as someone responded immediately when I checked on the status. I absolutely love my cup. Definitely was worth the wait & exceeded my expectations. The craft is top tier.

It IS Beautiful! A much lighter weight model than the Starbucks Stanley’s. Keeps ice pretty well for couple hours.
Unfortunately, was sent a cheap ‘clear’, thin, straw with it, and not the one that matched the lid.
Also, if you look at the brown plastic strip on center of lid, towards the back, you can see the brown plastic is discolored, looking like more of a ‘stress fracture’. Don’t know how long will last.
Took awhile to dig up a ‘correct’ email to contact Mr Michael Lee. When contacted, we’re extremely nice and courteous. Explained the ‘straw’ situation, promised to send-one-out with my ‘next’ order?, in other words, more $$$ just for correct straw?
Claimed his ‘workers’ would sometimes, simply place the closest straw they had on hand. No apologies, no volunteering to send correct one out asap.
Then, no more communication. Had to buy More cups, they are cute, spend over 200 more, and hope they Will send the correct straw for This cup and… for the rest ordered.
Shipping shows about 2 weeks, Not! Arrived 2 Months after placed order.
Wrapped pretty secure inside original Stanley box, then padded and wrapped sloppily in some white re-cycled? plastic covered with tape. Then, again, wrapped in re-cycled? black plastic, and covered in tape.
It has been extremely hot, and package was sitting outside, in the sun, and very hot to the touch,.
Crossed my fingers it had not suffered from the extreme heat exposure. Maybe the extreme heat caused the brown strip on lid for straw, to crack as it did?
Either way, when you can Finally reach the company, they are extremely nice! But, no promises, and no definite promise to make good on their failings. Just thank yous for ordering, sorry to hear that… that’s all.
Crossing my fingers my new cups will arrive within the promised 2 week time frame, AND… have their Matching straws… they will only give you ‘1’ straw per cup, despite the money spent, but then again, they never acknowledge in their description that you will receive Any Straws at all!
So… very Pretty! Expensive! Novel! Just hope no one else has ‘problems’ with product, or transaction, because don’t honestly believe they are good for their word.
Beautiful, but will just use around house to keep hydrated. Unless… they make things ‘right’. Then, will gladly, proudly, carry them Everywhere I go! Free ‘advertising’.
